Specialty is Christian Counseling focusing on grief, stress management, PTSD, anger management, anxiety, depression, divorce recovery, marriage counseling and premarital counseling.Women’s issues including abortion. My clinical approach is person-centered, utilizing CBT and mindfulness. I do encourage you to take participation in your sessions and support you in achieving your goals in therapy. If my clients request it, we can pray together. I am also a certified mediator and life coach.
