I am the owner of Back In Health Massage.

I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 17 years.

I know many different styles of massage.

I work out of a chiropractor’s office where I do deep tissue massage, myofacial release, trigger point, SET, Active Isolated Stretching and Cupping therapy, and a HyperVolt massage gun tool.

I have also worked in a spa setting so I can also do relaxation, Swedish, hot stone and hot oil fluid massage treatments.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I ask that all clients fill out some brief paperwork to detail what it is the client wants to accomplish within the session. The client and I go over the paperwork during a brief consultation, where we decide together on a course of treatment I then tailor the massage to meet the clients goals for the session.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Michael graduated valedictorian of the massage therapy program at Florida Metropolitan University, class of 2005.

Michael was certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Find out about where the therapist was trained at initially. Also ask what continuing education the therapist has taken after being licensed. Ask how many years of experience the therapist has and how many hours of massage they have preformed.
