What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Email me or call. I offer a free 15 minute consultation. I offer in person or hybrid telehealth / in person where there are a few of each .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm trained in CBT, and clinical hypnosis but I use ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) the most. Its very similar to EMDR and you can learn more at Www.artworksnow.com I use it because it works fast and my clients feel relief.
