Dr. Paul has a lot of warmth and empathy. I can tell that she really cares about what is happening to me. Her office is peaceful and I feel calm when I am there. I knew the moment that I met her that she is different from others I have seen. Finding her was a blessing. Thank you, Pamela !!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Find someone you feel you connect with and feel safe with. See if they offer a complimentary consulation to get a feel for how they would work with you. If you're not feeling comfortable, keep looking. Finding the right fit for therapy can be a great step in the right direction!

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

When stressed, depressed, or anxious, get a journal and try to to identify exactly what you are feeling. The write to explore in response to the question, "What's it all About?"  Then brainstorm your best response. This can be very revealing and helpful to share in therapy.
