Dr. Paul has a lot of warmth and empathy. I can tell that she really cares about what is happening to me. Her office is peaceful and I feel calm when I am there. I knew the moment that I met her that she is different from others I have seen. Finding her was a blessing. Thank you, Pamela !!
Our first session together is about getting to know you and your current concerns or situation, and what you hope to achieve. This is where we begin to build our relationship and ensure you feel safe and comfortable. We will discuss the therapeutic process and what that will look like for you. Once all the preliminaries are out of the way, we'll get started towards moving you in the direction you desire to go, with practical and realistic steps that are comfortable making and can agree to take.
