Those with Siaticia, Spinal stenosis, herniated disks, frozen shoulder syndrome, plantar fasciatic, IT band syndrome, sitting disease, and overall inflexibility. ACL reconconstruction rehab.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Stretching is just as important than getting a massage because overtime your flexibility will decrease. The service is a form of anti-aging and prevention. Also stretch therapy will decrease your soreness and stiffness through exercise. I recommend getting stretched once or twice a week and a massage once a month. Also, a plan of action for a workout is neccessary in order to achieve any weight loss results.
