Hi! My name is Trisha. I am a Professional Life Coach and Counselor with a Graduate Master certification. I like to refer to myself as a "Life Consultant", which is another fun way I can describe the work I am doing to help women discover how to plow through difficult changes which will occur in their lives. There are times we as women get stuck and feel that there is no way out and that "this is the way it is going to be forever". But guess what? I have great news! There IS a way out! That roadBLOCK is totally in your control and we are never given more then we can handle. Sometimes we just need help and guidance to jump over the roadBLOCK. Everything we go through are "lessons" and when we figure out how to jump that BIG BLOCK, we are smarter and wiser, are in control of our life and more confident! That is the reason my service stands out! I am a 'seasoned with life' woman who is experienced and cares about what you are going through in your life.
I really enjoy helping women with their worries, problems, and changes in their lives. My joy with the this work is when a woman has a 'break through' and absolutely knows 'why' and at that moment will never go back to the same thought process again! From that moment, she can go forward with more confidence until she masters and takes control of her life in a way she has never done before.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is quite simple. Before you even decide, we will have a totally free telephone communication of why you are looking for a Life Coach/Counselor to help you. It will be about a 30 minute conversation with no pressure. We can use Facetime or just a telephone call. If you decide I am the one that 'clicks' with you, we will go forward from that point and make an appointment for your first session with me. I like calling myself a "Life Consultant" as well, which is another fun way I can describe myself. If we start working together you can be assured that everything is completely confidential, safe and with no judgement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education and training was completed at one of the most elite Life Coaching schools in the world named the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC). I have earned my Graduate Master's degree. My experience with people needing help with pysical health teaching them to have stronger and healthier bodies while being a Personal Trainer and working on their muscles as a Medical Neuromuscular Massage Therapist lead me to understand most people need psychological help to help them understand why they may have issues concerning anxiety and how to deal with changes in their lives. In fact, from 1992 to the present, whenever I work with women in those fields, I always listen and find out the other things in their lives that are bothering them and have kept them for moving forward in ways they need to progress in some way. Women are who I have gravited my help to because women just keep going in their lives and many times are overwhelmed and full of anxiety and feel that nothing will change for them in their lives. I am a woman who has gone through many situations in my life so can help and relate. Trust me when I tell you that I truly understand!

My one on one sessions begin at $80.00 per hour session. The very first session is always 1 1/2 hours long. You will get 30 minutes free your first session.
Package: 3-10 60 minute sessions - $75.00
Package: Over 10 60 minute sessions - $70.00
How did you get started in this business?
Because of knowing the great need to help women throughout their changing lives and challenges such as I myself have experienced, I decided to seek out schooling to become a credible Certified Professional Life Coach/Counselor (I like calling myself a Life Consultant) from one of the most elite Life Coaching schools in the world - The Institute of Profesional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC) while living in Chicago. I graduated in 2012 and have since graduated from IPEC's Graduate Master's Program called C.O.R.E with the niche of women going through Transitioning changes and emotional hardships within themselves. Wellbeing and Health is also another Graduate Master niche which is is intigrated.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The advice I would give a customer looking to hire a Professional Life Coach/Counselor is first: feel comfortable and compatable when communicating with them. Remember that they will be the person who will be listening to all of your personal worries and issues. They will be your confidential and helpful person who knows how to direct you in a way to help you have personal "break throughs" and growth in your life. Secondly: Look for someone who is 'seasoned' and experienced and who absolutely cares about your issues and what you are worried about and going through. Thirdly: Do not choose the "cheapest" cost. You MAY be lucky to hire an excellent Life Coach at a very "cheap" price, but, then again, you may be wasting your money, time, and may still not be helped the way you need help.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
If you have been feeling stuck - no way out, full of anxiety, frustrated, concerned, do not know which way to turn, want to be more confident, avoid unwanted conflict, beginning your new life roles as a divorced woman, single mom, single woman, ending a bad relationship, or that you are just spinning your "wheels", or even having body image issues, all you have to do is communicate in a nutshell what you have been having worries and issues about. I offer a free 30 minute 'talking' time with no pressure. This is not a counseling session but a time to figure out if hiring a certain Life Coach is for you.
