What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each new client is sent an intake form via email. This is an online form that is completed before the appointment. This way the entire time is spent on massage and not form filling.
Clients are asked to do the best they can in completing this form and by being honest about health issues. This will be painless, I promise!
This will give me an idea of what you would like to accomplish from your massage. reduce pain, increase flexibility, range of motion, have better nights sleep, help with digestion, etc.
I will discuss based on clients objecives my plan for the session and the outcome I would expect. I will do my upmost best to make my client feel as comfortable as possible.
