What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently a licensed bilingual mental health psychotherapist in Washington, DC. I hold seven years of experience working with populations suffering from trauma and crisis in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia. I hold experience working with children, adolescents, and adults who experience stress,anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex trauma, life transitions, life coaching, and behavioral changes.

We accept insurance: CIGNA & BCBS. If you do not have those insurances, thats ok. We can work with you and provide a slide scale on our therapy packages. Feel free to schedule a free 15 minute consultation call via our website.
