Your first session is always free. It is an opportunity for your to tell me your initial therapy goals and for us to get to know eachother.
After your first session, I will work up a treatment plan that is specific to your goal(s). This plan will be evidence based, which means I use practices that have been researched and proven to work. We will go over that plan so you have an opportunity to understand the treatment process and then we begin treatment.
Treatment can take on many forms depending on your goals. Some treatment is a specific number of sessions while other treatment may not be. Contact us to see if we can help you.
