About
Deborah has a private hypnotherapy practice, in Fort Collins, Colorado. Her focus is on the interconnectedness of mind, body and spirit. Every thought and emotion has a direct effect on the health and well-being of your physical body. Deepak Chopra, MD, spoke about this emotional/chemical effect in his book, Ageless Body, Timeless Mind: “Wherever thought goes, a chemical goes with it....distressed mental states get converted into the biochemicals that create disease.”

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free phone consultation during business hours to help answer your questions. You can also email us with any questions. You may make an appointment by phone or email request. Typically we can get you in within about a week. Once you make your appointment we will send you some forms to fill out and return prior to your session. I use a variety of hypnotic processes to quickly and permanently release any negative emotions or limiting beliefs in your life that aren't working. Everyone is unique and while some people may only need 1 or 2 sessions, other's may need several. The good news is, hypnosis is the fastest way to release anything in your life that's not working.
