I enjoy seeing the relief in my clients' faces once they realize how easy it is to find relief in rough seas as soon as the have a chance to recognize how much better they feel! It's almost like being locked in a chinese finger puzzle. They've been yanking so hard from both sides that they can't see how to loosen the grip of the fear brought on by the trapped feeling of the finger puzzle to see a way out. The way out is by relaxing the fear (not easy all the time) and realizing that they CAN relax enough to use their thumbs to losen and release and then feel free of the painful stomach tightening, sleeplessness, muscle tightness, and much more.
