Our counselors provide a comfortable, confidential, non-judgmental place for you to get the help you need to create positive changes in your life.
Our name is inspired by the oak tree, a symbol of strength, and a river, symbol of life’s flowing energy and power. We build these through a safe, trusting and collaborative relationship. We believe this is the essential foundation of any effective therapy. When you visit our practice, you can expect a warm, compassionate environment.
