About

Balanced Stone Acupuncture and Wellness is located in Lakewood Colorado, serving Lakewood, Denver and the west metro area.

I work with you and your health care team to treat conditions such as stress, anxiety, women's health problems, fertility concerns, and pain with an integrative approach rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine. The clinic environment is calm and holistic to optimize your healing and provide time for self-care and stress relief.

My goal is that you leave the clinic feeling better than you came in and that our treatments positively impact your everyday quality of life.

I have been a Registered Nurse for over a decade and still maintain an active nursing license. I earned my Master of Science degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I am licensed in Acupuncture and nationally certified in Oriental Medicine. My background in nursing helps bring balance to my work as an acupuncturist.

I absolutely love the work that I do. It brings such fulfillment to help people get out of pain, reduce stress and balance their health to improve their quality of life. Using acupuncture and herbal medicine to activate the innate healing power that we all possess within. I love working with women to educate them on a healthy menstrual cycle and regulate their period to promote fertility. Working with women through their pregnancy and postpartum period brings great joy to my clinical practice.

My journey to this profession began when I was working as a nurse and in school for pre-med. I was tired, anxious and dealing with endometriosis, but I was also young and felt that I should be thriving. I knew that I wanted to feel healthier, more energized and have less painful periods. I had tried everything allopathic medicine could offer me and then started to explore herbal medicine, nutrition, and exercise as treatment options. After years of self-study with herbs and exploring traditional medicines, I finally tried acupuncture and was prescribed Chinese herbal medicine. It absolutely changed my life and I’m excited to help you change yours.
