About
Hello! My name is Ardyn Consol and I am a Licensed Acupuncturist here in the Denver/Wash Park area. I specialize in mental/emotional health, cosmetic acupuncture, pain management, insomnia, digestive disorders, and overall balancing/preventative care.
My journey with acupuncture started after struggling with severe anxiety and stress for several years. I finally decided to try acupuncture as a “last attempt” and I fell in love with it, I couldn’t believe I had waited so long to try it!
My passion is helping others experience the benefits of acupuncture and finally feel symptom relief.
I attended Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine where I received my Master of Acupuncture, I am NCCAOM Board Certified, Clean Needle Certified under the CCAOM, and fully licensed in the state of Colorado.
I love being able to see symptom relief for patients! Whether that is managing stress, reducing pain, or regulating a menstrual cycle. Many people live in constant pain or disharmony and feel out of options, acupuncture is a medicine that really can help so many things by treating the root imbalance rather than just covering up the symptoms.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial acupuncture appointment is 70-90 minutes long, follow up treatments are 60 minutes. We will first go over your health history and concerns in detail. I will then insert around 15 needles into various points on the body and let you rest for 30 minutes. Acupuncture is very relaxing and many people spend this time meditating or take a quick nap!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Masters of Acuouncture from Colorado School of Traditiknal Chinese Medicine. I am Board Certified under NCCAOM, Clean Needle Technique Certified under CCAOM, and fully licensed in the state of Colorado.

How did you get started in this business?
Growing up my family practiced a holistic lifestyle, my grandma is a Reiki practitioner and used alternative healing methods always! After struggling with anxiety after graduating with my Bachelors degree I decided to try Acupuncture and fell in love! It became my passion to share this medicine.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types! Everyone is welcome ☺️
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I strongly suggest only going to a Licensed Acuouncturist to receive any type of acupuncture or "dry needling".
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
If you have a chief concern you want to work on, that's great. Acupuncture is also a wonderful preventative medicine for general balancing and well-being.
