My office is located in Aurora, Colorado, and I offer long-distance sessions by video. I offer Holistic Counseling, which may include helping couples heal past wounds, teaching communications skills, anger management, mindful meditation, or Guided Imagery to help with blood pressure or anxiety. But it can be many more things too. Counseling and coaching couples and individuals will focus on providing a space of peace, listening, teaching, inspiration, and a variety of techniques to enhance your health, your relationships, or your career. This is spiritually infused counseling without any religion.
(NOTE: I do not accept insurance. If you are low income I do work with a sliding scale, and I'm part of Open Path Psychotherapy Collective which we can discuss to get you low fee counseling sessions.)
I love to see the progress of individuals that come to counseling with me because it's like the blossoming of a new person. I also get to see couples understand each other better, communicate, heal, and reconcile. This is what motivates me to offer counseling. It's seeing real joy in individuals that have lost that in their lives.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will get to know you. We will discuss what makes you happy, what motivates you, and how things have gotten challenging. We'll look at your current stressors, your current life situation, and what you dream your life should be like. That is just the starting point. My goal is to help you heal your pain, your challenges, and your whole self.

1 hour session at my office is $69
1 hour session house call is $120 up to 15 miles from my office.
4 pre-paid sessions are $200.00 in my office.
