About
My name is Alli, and here at Whole Health Counseling I offer therapy services for men and women who want a judgment-free, safe zone to explore their emotions and learn more about themselves. I believe that many clients come back due to their connection with me and feeling comfortable to be themselves in the midst of this deep work. Due to confidentiality limitations and the ACA code of ethics, I do not solicit reviews from previous clients as this would be a violation of their privacy. However, I offer a 15-minute free phone consultation to see if we are a good fit before getting started. Therapy is also not a contract so you always have the option of discontinuing at any time and I will provide referrals should you need. My goal is that you receive the healing that will transform your life whether that is with me or another counselor.
I will provide you with evidence-based tools to change the way you live and improve your quality of life so that you may have the joy, peace, and thriving living you desire. I love working with those overcoming breakups, loss, sexual assault, anxiety, depression, or just feeling “stuck” or “trapped.”
It is incredibly rewarding to watch people grow and light up as they discover themselves progressing and finding answers they already had within themselves on their path of healing. I couldn’t imagine myself doing anything else. I love that therapy allows people a place of security for self-exploration that is unique from other types of relationships in our lives. My own therapy and healing led me to desire to serve others in this field.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have received my master’s in clinical psychology with an emphasis on trauma studies. As a licensed professional counselor, I have met the state of Colorado’s licensing requirements including passing the NCE exam and 2,000 hours of post-master's work with clinical supervision.
I have worked as a therapist in community mental health and other non-profit settings for 7 years helping people heal from trauma and cope better with symptoms of a variety of mental illness including depression, anxiety, bipolar, and PTSD.
I have completed training in crisis management, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, dialectal behavioral therapy, and specific treatments for domestic violence, sexual assault, and rape.
I operate from an eclectic, client-centered approach and am very down-to-earth and straightforward with my clients.

My standard fee is $125 per 50-minute session. I offer a few reduced rate slots based on income when requested, and when available. I also accept Cigna, United, and some Eap plans.
