Lynn Harnack Counseling, LLC
About
I love being able to teach clients how to stay with their emotions while being in the present moment. I believe that when we do this type of work we begin to grow in ways we did not know was possible!
I work with adult clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, different types of trauma such as sexual abuse, car accidents, physical abuse, veterans, etc.
I also work with teens and adolescents teaching them mindfulness which will help with slowing down reaction time.
I also use play therapy as a way to help children ages 2-10 to learn how to regulate and understand their emotions.
I have been in Lafayette working in private practice for 4 years and graduated from Naropa University in 2013. I am a licensed professional counselor with training in EMDR.
