About
My practice blends a variety of soft tissue techniques to meet the specific needs and preferences of each person. Integrating Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular/Trigger Point therapy (medical massage,) myofascial release, as well as Swedish massage to achieve pain relief as well as relaxation.
I have been successful in aiding clients in relief from chronic headaches, neck/back pain, repetitive movement/postural issues such as tendinitis/carpal tunnel/thoracic outlet syndrome, TMJ, sciatica symptoms, etc.
I enjoy helping people discover realistic and practical ways to manage occasional and chronic pain from injuries and everyday life. Regular massage therapy combined with self-care can make life much more comfortable.
I am committed to helping clients achieve relief from pain, relaxation, a deeper awareness of their body, as well as providing information/demonstration of self-care and injury prevention to keep you feeling your best everyday.
