About
I provide a supportive approach to therapy, combining techniques to help the client achieve their goals. By giving the clients a safe space to talk, it can create a new framework for them. I utilize elements of CBT, humanistic, psychoanalytic, trauma and solution-focused therapy. My passion is helping clients who have experienced trauma and or abuse to recover from that. I did an internship of 3,000 hours primarily working with women and their families who experienced domestic violence. I also have worked with members of the Military and their families. I started this work in 1999, through an internship. I have been working on my own since 2011. I hold a Master's degree in Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapist license.
I love helping people!
