I help create positive change for clients looking overcome challenges relating to anger, grief, anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, academic success, spiritual beliefs, LGBTQ+, and those transitioning into college life. I use a Person-Centered Therapy approach paired with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as mindfulness techniques.

I see every interaction as an opportunity to reaffirm individuals of their infinite worth, simply because of who they are as a person. I love being a therapist because of my passion and love for people. Together we can learn strategies to overcome any challenge.
