About

I have over 16 years experience working in the healing arts and I’m truly in love with, and passionate about, what I get to do for my clients. I’m told by all my clients that I have an especially intuitive touch, whic, coupled with my applicable knowledge of anatomy and the modalities i practice, offers a unique, session for each person’s needs.

Im equally healed, soothed, and, enlivened by each intake, body map and session I provide.

i feel humbled, grateful, and honored to be able to work at what I love most- guiding, assisting, and witnessing the relief and comfort brought by massage therapy and mindful movement of others.

Frequently asked questions

We begin with a brief intake process: what are some of your current and past physical issues?,Are there areas you’d like me to focus on?, Are there areas of your body you don’t enjoy being massaged/touched ?, glutes feet, head..., Would you prefer a relaxing massage, more physical therapy oriented, or with or without traction and stretching?

What sort of pressure do you prefer: deep, moderate, gentle?

Before each following session we revisit some of these questions to make the most of the appointment.

I began my training at the Acupressure Institute in Berkeley California where I was trained in Acupressure, Deep Tissue, and Shiatsu massage. I followed up by apprenticing and studying under a master massage therapist learning deep tissue, and Swedish massage. In the past few years I’ve been studying trauma informed yoga therapy to compliment my 330 hour trainings in Hasha, Vinyasa, and Acu-Yoga. All these studies continue to inform and broaden my skills and experience as a healer.

i offer mobile services in the greater Bay Area and my prices are fixed at $120 for 70 minutes and $140 for 90 minutes. For clients who wish to book monthly I offer a discount of $10.

I came to Yoga and Massage through my own healing process in living with childhood trauma and severe anxiety. Acupressure and other self healing practices, including meditation, have brought great relief, empowerment, and hope.

Ive worked with every strata of society including; the elderly and infirmed, children with special needs, those recovering from surgery and cancer, the LGBTQ community, athletes, Office workers ( in corporate massage), individuals with severe PTSD and mental health issues, and those who are looking for relief from postural deviations and chronic pain/ailments.

I would suggest to ask what type of body work they enjoy, what modalities they practice/specialize in, how long have they been practicing, and, how they are with receiving feedback.

what are your expectations for the session? What do I want? What does my body need? Am I open to relaxing and trusting another person with my body? Am I open to trying physical therapy exercises to alleviate some of my stress?
