Emotionally Intact

Regardless of the issues we work on, we always need to be emotionally sound,calm, peaceful and in charge of our emotions. Most of our problems are based on emotional imbalance. If we can work through our early issues of fear, abandonment, lack of confidence, anger, the rest of our character, personality, impact upon others will take care of itself.
