I specialize in working with adult women who were victims of childhood sexual abuse and who are now dealing with the fallout of this trauma, as in substance abuse issues, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, chronic health conditions, low self esteem, relationship discord, etc.

Married for 24 years with two adult children and 20 years of licensed therapy experience allows me the non judgemental perspective to help others. I have a full time career, so this would be something I do to help others to enrich their lives. I have many years working with teenagers, families and individuals that suffer from mild emotional issues to major diagnostic disorders as well as couples therapy.

My passion is to help individuals, couples, and families to learn more about themselves and develop techniques to live a more rewarding life. Seeing people make the positive choices that help them to live the life they envision.
