I am a healer. I tune in to my clients and let my intuition guide me. Often times, people aren't completely aware of everything going on in their bodies, so I am thorough in working on muscles that are often neglected. I take pride in open communication and professionalism in my practice.
I love to facilitate healing through massage therapy. Most people don't realize how much emotional healing can happen through massage therapy, in addition to the physical aspect of it. I like to create a safe space, so my clients are completely comfortable.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have an intake and policy waiver that has to be filled out and signed before I work with anyone for the first time. After I look over the intake form, I discuss any health or injury issues with my new client, as well as their intention for the session. It's important to be on the same page (i.e. relaxation or therapy), so that the client feels like they got what they were intending. Relaxation is different than therapeutic in my opinion, although they both CAN be a form of therapy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a state license for California to practice massage therapy, from CAMTC. I also have a certificate in holistic health from Healing Hands, School of Holsitic Health.
