What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by talking to the customer to make the massage session more personal to them. Within the first 5 minutes we then ask the customer where their trouble areas are so we can focus on those areas throughout the massage session. At that point we continue the therapy to accomodate the customer's needs.
