Jeff’s approach to therapy is using a variety of therapeutic modalities with his clients. These include: CBT, Motivational interviewing, solution based therapy, EMDR and play/sand tray therapy. Jeff helps his clients develop strategies/coping skills to deal with their challenges and find peace and happiness in their lives.

I do not currently take Insurances. I am contracted through Jorgeson Brooks EAP. My session rate is $40.00 per session.

Being in a service oriented field my whole career, I really like helping others be the best they can and realize their dreams. I enjoy working with individuals who are looking for solutions to life's challenges that affect their mental wellbeing. I am solution based and want to help people become self sufficient in the mental health care. I enjoy the change that I see in clients as they make progress.
