I have been going through a tough time with post traumatic stress and depression. The counseling sessions have helped me work through some things from my past that I have needed to let go. My wife even notices the difference.

Our daughter needed help with her anger and behaviors. Ashia worked with her in our home and was able to give a lot of suggestions and assistance. Our daughter's behavior changed a great deal, and she is much happier.
