About
I enjoy helping people see their options to their health and wellbeing obstacles. I assess mental, physical and spiritual health and create an individualized wellness plan. I use tools like acupuncture, laboratory testing with blood and saliva, Homeopathic remedies and nutrition. I treat each person as an individual and am easy to get to talk to for visits and questions.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to offer a free 15 minute phone call to answer any questions and see if I am a good fit for the person.
Then schedule at my Gilbert office, Fountain Hills office, by phone or video session at a time convenient to the person.
We do not offer insurance processing, but patients are welcome to submit to their insurance for reimbursement, in this way we are able to keep service fee's reasonable!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona in Nutritional Sciences and Chemistry. I then went on the SouthWest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe Arizona and acquired my doctoral degree in 2003.
As a Naturopathic Doctor I a maintain a minimum of 33 hours a year of continuing education, which allows me to keep learning, refreshing and expanding my knowledge.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Please call for pricing.
How did you get started in this business?
I learned about using nutrition as medicine from a young age while spending time with my grandparents in their beautiful gardens, and seeing the love put into transforming those plants into nurishing food.
As I observed and experienced life, I saw how even the smallest imbalance in nutrition, mood, thoughts and spirit can create dis-ease in the body.
Harnessing quality energy from food, from thoughts, from your environment and having it circulate smoothly, efficiently and in a balanced way aligns with the principles of Chinese acupuncture and Naturopathic Medicine. And that is what I strive to assit patients to do.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Adults of all ages and teenagers mostly.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Have a list of what you are looking for, what you want to achieve with the visit, how many visits are you willing/able to commit to and do you have realistic expectations about the process of healing.
