I enjoy helping people throughout their journey. Therapy is an intimate forum where you get to know an individual or family very closely. It's fullfilling to get the chance to work with people and help them navigate through their challenges and obstacles in order to genuinely feel and be better!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to schedule and appointment and perform a biopsychosocial assessment on my clients in order to get to know them better and to determine what their needs are.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Marriage and Family counselor as well as I have been providing mental health services for over 7 years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I am in most insurance networks and I am a private pay provider. My sessions are $150 for private pay clients. I am also available to work on a sliding fee scale as well.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in therapy because I felt the need to make a difference in the lives of people who are struggling with their mental health. Mental Health is real and some people are very reluctant to get the services they need due to negative stigmas, lack of education. or access to health care, etc. I want to change this outlook on therapy and be that change agent for those who need it. In today's society, people are being overwhelmed with what is going on in the world. They need comfort and understanding and that is what Living My Life, LLC provides.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I typically work with young to older adults. I have worked with individuals with different mental health diagnoses.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My advice would be to have a conversation with a potential therapist in order to find out if they are a good fit for you or your family. That is so important in order to build rapport with your therapist.
