About
I offer both in-person and telehealth services to client's. My counseling practice supports individuals and couples as they manage life’s many transitions (short and long term), deep emotions of anxiety and depression, grief, and relationship struggles. I work with couples in any stage and at any age, from dating, premarital work with engaged couples, routine check-ups with married couples, parenting challenges, distress with highly conflicted couples, structured separation, to divorce, and beyond with co-parenting issues. Explore.Connect.Change- is at the core of my work with others. I help people identify their challenges, increase their self-awareness, and improve their connections with others, which hopefully lead to change and transformation. With my approach, I truly focus on the individual’s or couple’s strengths, which they often have, but may not realize. When was the last time you thought about your potential, unique skills and abilities, resiliency and internal hope? Through counseling, we can explore these together. I hold an MA in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have worked with individuals and couples for over nine years in a non-clinical setting. I currently work under the clinical supervision of Shannon L. Doherty, MS LMFT (WI Lic. No. 918-124) as I complete my training into candidacy for full licensure. If you’re interested in becoming a better, happier, more fulfilled you, I’d love to work with you every step of the way.
