My name is Daniesha Perry, and I’m a Licensed Mental Health Professional who specializes in helping people with high levels of stress and anxiety. I work with clients to find ways to reduce overall stress and promote their personal wellness from the inside out.
I’ve had great success with all of my clients by incorporating clinically tested and evidence-based interventions that include CBT, mindfulness and effective relaxation techniques to help not only reduce anxiety, but to also become a catalyst for overall better mental health and well-being.
