About
We’re all motivated in life by the things that give us meaning and purpose; however, finding the things that motivate us is not always easy! I see the counseling relationship as collaborative process where we work together to identify and achieve your goals. I also believe in adapting my therapy style to the needs of the client. I work with both individuals and couples. I work with children as young as 12.
I have helped many who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse. I've also worked with many individuals dealing with a variety of general life stressors; like stress in your work-life, school difficulties, personal relationships, self-esteem, and family.
Reaching out for help is not easy, but I believe we all face life challenges from time to time that we need help with. Feel free to contact me anytime if you have any questions!
There's few things I find as enjoyable as seeing someone overcome personal challenges or hearing about my clients personal succes.
