I switched from therapist to life coach after witnessing the revolving doors of mental health and addiction therapy. I noticed how the same individuals were returning for services over and over, receiving the same treatment and therapies however not seeming to get any lasting results and consistently billing insurance companies. I am a life coach because I desire to see changes in people, to see people live their best life. After figuring out how to rid myself of anxiety and panic disorder, codependency and other strongholds I began to have a passion to help others do the same. I can help you to tap into your greatness and live your best life
