I am passionate about providing coaching services to adults of all ages, particularly individuals with transportation or travel difficulties, those in health professional shortage areas, and those who are typically underserved.
I love getting to know all individuals and seeing them grow in self-efficacy, awareness, insight, and assertiveness. It is important to me that I help clients meet their goals and realize their potential.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients may reach out to me by email at [email protected] or by call/text at 608-313-7952.
I typically conduct a free, 30-minute intake/consultation session over Skype or by phone before formally beginning coaching/counseling sessions. Intakes focus on understanding the client’s needs, expectations, goals, and presenting concerns. These sessions also allow the clients to ask questions and get to know me to determine goodness of fit. If, after our initial intake sesson, we determine that your needs are better addressed elsewhere, I can connect you to other resources at no extra cost to you.
If we decide to establish a working relationship, we will typically engage in on-going coaching (weekly or bi-weekly 30 to 60-minute sessions). You may discontinue services at any time, but individuals experience the greatest benefits when they engage in at least 6-12, one hour-long sessions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a third-year doctoral candidate in professional psychology with an M.S. in Clinical Psychology and an M.A. in Teaching. I am working towards becoming a psychologist after graduation, and I regularly engage in Continuing Education opportunities to improve my work and my relationships with clients.
In the past, I have provided therapeutic services at the Milwaukee VA on the inpatient geropsychology unit. I have also led psychoeducational groups at a residential group home for women with Substance Use Disorders.
I am currently an intern at a community mental health center as well as at a medical clinic providing outpatient mental health services such as psychodiagnostic assessments, individual psychotherapy, mental health screeners, and brief consults/risk assessments. Prior to entering the mental health field, I was a high school English teacher in Chicago and Hammond, IN.
Disclaimer: While I have experience providing therapy and mental health services, I am not a licensed counselor/therapist (LPC) at this moment, as licensure is a lengthy process which takes a substantial amount of time to pursue. Health and life coaches achieve “habit change” via coaching and do not diagnose or treat disease, prescribe medication, or perform the functions of clinical occupations. Always consult your doctor. Your health coach is happy to work with your physician’s guidance to best support your wellbeing.
I can provide a resume/CV upon request and am happy to answer any and all questions.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing system reflects my committment to reaching individuals with transportation or travel difficulties, those in health professional shortage areas, and those who are typically underserved. (For comparison, typical coaching sessions range anywhere from $75-$200/hour).
I generally provide discounted counseling sessions at $40/hour or $25/half-hour (with an extra $5 charged for every additional 10-15 minutes spent past a 60 minute session).
Initial intake/consultation sessions are free and last 30 minutes.
A one-time session is 60-90 minutes long and costs $50 and $75 respectively.
This pricing includes session time, paperwork/documentation, and intervention planning.
Undergraduate and graduate students may qualify for further reduced fees.
An 8-session pack purchased as a bundle is discounted to $280 (compared to $320 paid per-session).
A 12-session pack purchased as a bundle is discounted to $384 (compared to $480 paid per-session).
Payments may be made through PayPal or Venmo.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with adults of diverse identities and backgrounds (e.g., race, ethnicity, sexuality, disability, spirituality, country of origin, etc.). I have also worked with older adults (ages 65+), teenagers, children, Veterans, and immigrants/refugees. I especially enjoy working with underserved populations (e.g., individuals in low SES communities).
I have helped clients with grief/bereavement, life transitions, stress and adjustment issues, relatinship and interpersonal issues, body image issues, identity issues, religious/spiritual concerns, mindfulness/relaxation, and existential issues (e.g., death anxiety, meaning/purpose, etc.).
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
