Given the ambiguous nature of things and the massive amounts of change we are all experiencing, my focus is on thriving in this liminal time. Our disconnection from LIFE and from our home planet are impacting us all. The good news is that reconnecting to the Earth opens up our spiritual resourcefulness, mentally, emotionally, and spirituality. She has much to teach us. In reengaging with nature it is possible to achieve peace of mind in these very difficult times AND have an impact that brings joy to your heart.
I am a coach, consultant, author and educator; an expert in ethics, systems thinking and change, my work brings a resilient and futurist approach to the pressing needs of my clients. I work with the whole person; body, mind, spirit and emotion, helping my clients learn to fly. That means to live authentically and to impact the world profoundly. My clients are values-based leaders wanting to make a difference.
I offer assessments to help clients become more adaptable, increasing their ability to handle change and ambiguity. I also help clients discover how they fit with their organization, allowing them to make more informed choices.
I'm certified in Conversational IntelligenceTM and in the AQai Adaptability assessment. I have a Master’s degree in Organizational Development and Transformation and have done doctorate work at Saybrook University in the areas of systems thinking and organizational development. I am also a Spiritual Humanist minister and a certified Conversational Intelligence® coach. My strong spiritual background and the help of my Unitarian Universalist church and friends allowed me to beat stage three b liver cancer without using either chemo or radiation in 2005, giving me some insight into the relationship of the body, mind and spirit.

3-Month Coaching Package: $1,225, $460 month. The focus is one self discovery to provide a context for growth.
6-Month Coaching Package: $2,500, $470 month. We start with self-discovery and move to catalyzing your vision and aspirations.
12-Month Coaching Package: $5,000, $460 month. Including the previous we expand into developing leadership skills and presence.
18-Month Coaching Package: $7,225, $450 month. We now move into focusing on the impact you want to make on your organization, life, culture and environment.
