I am known for offering nonjudgmental, deep attention to your process. My approach includes a deep dive into the obstacles on your path. Often, there are themes, potentially rooted in infancy or childhood, which are silent obstacles on your path today. I have an efficient method for peeling back the layers, quickly and painlessly, to reveal fundamental truths which can be revisited and seen in new light. It is an honor to witness my clients as they let go of the shadows and bring in healing.
I am unique in that I have decades of finance and business in my background, blended with personal gifts such as my emotional intelligence. Thus, I navigate the practical and emotional worlds we live in with ease. Professionally, I'm highly skilled at tuning in to my clients' real questions and deep contemplations, gently digging until truths are revealed, where they can be seen, accepted and ultimately healed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I understand the vulnerability in reaching out for guidance and want you to feel comfortable in your choice. Thus, I am happy to answer any questions you have, via text or a brief 15 minute call, to determine if we are a good fit for you. From there, we typically schedule a first session of 50 - 60 minutes, and most often we move forward with weekly or biweekly sessions to gain tools and traction in your process. I'm available in between sessions per your wishes via text or email, included in my fee.
please note I do not accept insurance and see all clients virtually or phone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been involved in management, banking financing, and life coaching for almost 35 years.
Within this diverse realm, my training has been ongoing throughout the decades: Business and Life Coaching, management training, work life balance coaching and more. On a personal note, I have raised three daughters and likely have learned and evolved more as father than most other roles in my career:)
