What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is having the client 1st go on my website to look & see which Lash set would best fit them. While reading each description of each set so they can recieve a better understanding of what they are about to get. Then when they choose a Lash set & pay deposit etc they will receive an fully detailed email on how to arrive to their appointment & what to bring. Once they arrive we talk in person about what look they are seeking to achieve and of course ask them if this is their 1st time or not etc. That'll fully determine how we will proceed with aftercare & instructions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the State of VA you have to either be a Licensed Cosmetologist or Aesthetician to receive compensation. Also you must enroll in a lash course & receive a certification from someone who offers training & you believe they are full educated. In order to become better you must take more than 1 Lash Course from different Trainers in and out of town. I am a 3x Certified lash Artist & Licensed Cosmetologist.

How did you get started in this business?
I always knew that i would do something in the beauty industry when i got older. I was your ultimate glamour child. So as soon as i gratuated highschool i enrolled in Cosmetology School. I was an apprentice which means i was able to work hands on in a beauty salon to receive hands on training while building my clientele & being able to get paid for my services.
