What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do they say there is Risk? Ask the hard questions and get an answer that makes sense. If you don't understand their answer, ask more questions until you get to the truth. It can be very revealing to see what you thought was true about money, isn't true at all.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What is their end goal? Without a goal, any road will get you something... but do you want more or less? Do you risk or no risk? No risk actually has higher returns than with risk. I'll prove it to you.
