Provide counseling with 20 years of experience. I have a private office in Farmington and also provide virtual sessions. I have worked with many populations and people with a variety of diagnosis. I am committed to going through the healing process with my clients. I incorporate various modalities such as animal therapy as needed. I have a flexible schedule to work with the scheduling needs of my clients.
I enjoy people! I am intrigued with people sbd their lives. Everyone has a story and that story weaves a tapestry. My job is to look at that tapestry and find the snags, rips and holes to mend. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss on phone call what client is looking for in therapy and then set up a time for a session. I offer a free half hour consultation in my office or virtual. In the first session, which is the assessment, I get a thorough history and discuss the presenting problem that brings the client in and we set up goals.
the most important thing is that the client feels hope after our session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my masters degree and have been a licensed therapist for over 25 years. I have been a clinical director at a non profit agency. I've had a private practice for several years. I have training in trauma work and debriefing.

I charge &125 for individuals and $150 for couples therapy.
How did you get started in this business?
I studied in college both undergrad and gratuste school. I then worked on my post graduate clinical hours to become licensed. I have worked various settings giving me much experience with several different people and problems.
