About
"A person is a person, no matter how small." ---Dr. Seuss Speaking your truth is difficult when your first language is play, or you find it difficult to share your thoughts because of anxiety, depression or OCD. Children struggle with a myriad of concerns in our technologically-driven age, whereby, their first impressions stem from influences seen on television, social media, and experiences from within their home or school environments. Moreover, adjusting to life-changing events is hard for children who need to feel supported on their journey through life.
I provide evidenced based psychotherapy for children, ages 5-17, and their families within my private practice. My goal is to help them recognize that their voice matters regardless of the circumstances or events faced in life. My specialty centers around: depression, anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorders.
Parent-Child relationships can be a challenge at times; however, each of us is inherently responsible for the roles in which we choose to play and adopt. As a licensed professional therapist, I am passionate about helping parents connect with their children, and improve parent-child relationships. Call today!
I enjoy seeing the progress made in the lives of my clients.
