What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our time together will begin with a 1 hour intake session where I will gather all of your background info and we will get to know each other better.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I received a Master of Arts in Applied Psychology from New York University and also hold a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My rate is $150 for the initial one-hour intake session, and then $125 per 45-minute session after that. I am also in-network with Aetna, Cigna, and Optum (Oscar, Oxford, United Healthcare).
How did you get started in this business?
My journey to counseling began with a career in sales, where I found myself building relationships with my clients and truly taking an interest in their lives.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with clients who are experiencing anxiety and depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem/insecurity, sexual abuse, childhood trauma, and anger management issues.
