What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, calling the client or receiving the client's phone call. Talk with the client to gain insight into the client's problem and assess if the counseling relationship fits my counseling skill-set. Determine how many session is necessary to address the issue(s) that prompted counseling. Formulate a master treatment plan and initiate discharge plan drafts to complete a psychological assessment. Set up follow-up appointments.
