Jessica Rogers communicated frequently and kept us posted throughout the entire process. She was thorough with instructions and their process and we knew exactly what to expect. During the in home interviews she genuinely seemed to care about our story.

I liked how Jessica listened and gave me advice and tools that I can actually use in my life. She was honest and gave me real issues to self reflect on. I really feel like she helped me and my kids.

My grandson and I have seen Jessica on separate occasions. She was always helpful, kind and caring. We always felt like we could go to her with any situation and she would be able to direct us.
