About
At 2Grow Counseling and Behavioral Services, we thrive to meet people where they currently are, and help them navigate through life to heal and grow to their potential! Seeing people heal and enjoy life, build or restore healthy relationships, and feel confident doing so is what encourages me to wake up every morning! Our client's joy, growth and health is what drives us and ignites our focus and desire to continue doing what we do best!
Most of our clients are in one of 3 different categories:
1. People or couples looking to heal from broken relationships, trauma, anxiety and depression.
2. People (teens or adults) looking for growth in their lives (learning communication skills to improve their relationships, planing skills, achieving particular goals, etc.)
3. Individuals with developmental dissabilities and neuro-diversity (autism, ADHD, IDD, Down Syndrome, etc.)
Helping our clients and their families thrive, not only survive, is what moves us to continue. We care about the people we serve, and we love to see them grow! We are excited to meet you and create an individualized plan to see you heal and grow!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At the beggining of the clinical process my focus is to understand you from your perspective and help you identify the therapy goals. The therapy process is alive and it changes constantly, as I hope that you will also change over the course of it. I work from a person centered approach, which means, my client is the center of the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas, Training in Psychology (Ba. & Ma). Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). Bilingual therapist (Spanish & English). Holistic Coach, integrating physical and emotional health.
How did you get started in this business?
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with individuals (5 years and up) couples and families. Throughout the years I have gain experience in a broad range and severity of clinical issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder, dual diagnoses, autism (mild, moderate), intellectual disability, ADHD, among other mental health and developmental conditions. Have also vast experience helping family members, caregivers, and parents of people who are struggling with different mental health, medical conditions, addictions, or intellectual disabilities, including parents of adopted children and foster parents. I enjoy working with couples and families, as the best progress come to have all the pieces in the family aligned as one team!
