I am an Estate Planning and Probate attorney with 17 years of experience in assisting clients with Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, probate and guardianship matters. I love working with clients to help make a difficult area of planning easy and efficient to navigate and being there to walk my clients through the difficult next steps after losing a loved one.

As a licensed attorney for 50 years, I have experience in family law, wills, probate, and am Board certified in family law and am certified as a mediator in family law and general matters. I enjoy working with my clients to help them solve the legal issues that confront them and want to help them move forward with greater confidence. I have experience in working with members of the military as it relates to family law, and respect their contribution to our country. In the past I was actively involved with the Boy Scouts of America and try to live up to their oath to do my best to do my duty to God and country and to do my best at all times.

I started my firm as a solo practitioner 25 years ago and today we have five attorneys including my oldest daughter Shawn. We handle insurance matters, family law, contracts/transactions, estate planning and probate. We offer good service at a fair price.
