Ive been a competitive athlete all my life so when I tore my rotator cuff in Jiu Jitsu class I was sure it would require surgery and a lengthy rehab process. Mike and Chris worked closely with me knowing my goals to return to competition training and in 3 months I am back on the mats drilling and working on the program they gave me to make me better. The thing is, I saw them give the same one on one attention to everyone in their care as they gave me. These guys are knowledgeable and caring and treated my goals as their own.
