CBT, is a short-term therapy technique that can help people find new ways to behave by changing their thought patterns. Engaging with CBT can help people reduce stress, cope with complicated relationships, deal with grief, and face many other common life challenges.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First appointment is considered an assessment. After the assessment I create an plan of action for the client to follow for several weeks then we revisit progress of client's behavior.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a trained certified counselor
I have numerous hours of training and certifications in my field.

Based on TLW Covid -19 Special Rate
Indivisual Sessions -
Assessment- $85 per hr
Every session therafter is $75 per hr
Marriage Session-
Assessment- $95 per hr
Every session thereafter is $85 per hr
Family Group- $150 per session
Every session therafter is $135.00
How did you get started in this business?
As long as I can remember. I always had a passion to help others focus on a solution and not the problem. After a while I knew CBT was my career path. So I pursued my passion and put the work in.
I enjoy helping my clients embrace a new perspective through a healthy lense because healthy thinking leads to wholeness.

I have experience in working with all walks of life.
An indivisual emotional and mental well-being is essential. My expertise is CBT is available to anyone that's willing to commit to the process of enbracing healthy thinking.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I'm very happy that more people are relizing that mental health is important and it's no long shameful to get help concerning their mental and emotional well-being. We still have a lot to do to stomp out the stigma on mental healt, but more people of all ages is open to embracing a better emotional and mental space. I believe healthy thinking leads to wholeness.
