About
Are you feeling weighed down by anxiety or depression? Do you want to find a more effective way to express your feelings, wants or needs to others? If so, I am here to help. I help clients learn new ways of thinking, develop new behaviors, and learn new tools to help them achieve their personal goals. Therapy is an investment in you, and I want to congratulate you on taking the first steps on your journey!
I use evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy where together we will identify thoughts and behaviors that are leading you to feel depressed, unhappy or stuck and work on modifying them to help you fulfill your goals.
With couples I work from an empirical model of Gottman Couples Therapy. I have completed Gottman Level I and II training. This approach uses proven methods that help couples increase empathy and connection, promote effective communication, thrive during conflict, and build caring behaviors and rituals.
I love helping others achieve their goals, move towards finding relief from their symptoms, and enjoy the life they worked hard to build.
I offer online and in person session.
I look forward to working with you!
