We provide compassionate and highly skilled Pilates instruction. Our team consist of nationally certified instructors and several physical therapist. We are passionate about working with people with orthopedic concerns including spinal issues, hip replacement and more. We provide traditional Pilates as well as therapeutic Pilates, which bridges the gap for those who have been released from physical therapy but continue To re-habilitate.

I was referred to Purely Pilates for help with an injury and even though Im still getting acclimated to learning everything, I am really enjoying each experience. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and extremely warm and welcoming. So far its been a wonderful experience!
