About
The Oak Inside provides assessment for children 2-25 and counseling for children, teens and adults. We have extensive experience in diagnosis and treatment of anxiety, depression, social skills deficits, ADHD impulsivity and organizational needs, self-esteem, life transitions, family of origin issues and other concerns that can stall positive growth.
I really enjoy being that person who listens, doesn't judge, and encourages others to create the life they want. It doesn't matter what age, all of us can find ourselves in a place we don't like, doing things that don't work, possibly in relationships that don't serve us. Together, we find what doesn't fit, what changes can be made, and the best way to make those changes. It is an honor to join in that journey with others.

I earned a Masters in General Counseling and, after 3,000 hours of face to face counseling and observation, I became a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas.
